If this was a real business then they should have left a voice mail. The CID shows Erc? That is not a business name . I'm sure they s****ed the number. I don't know anyone with that number. It was an unauthorized/unsolicited call in the first place.

Never say yes if they ask if you can hear them. It is a scam. They record you voice and now voila, it's your very own voice authorizing all kinds of great services you'd rather not have.

If you have sprint, go into My preferences and scroll down and you can block phone numbers. These people are extremely rude. They won't get anyone to pay anything if they don't hire representatives that have some type of respect.
