This number threatened my family and I. I have no idea who this is please report!

Who does this cell belong to

I've had many long text conversations with an individual on this line, so it has to be a mobile number. The individual claimed to be a marketing director at a courier service Called "Lux International Express", which I'm not even sure exists as a corporation. The person claimed to be Ruben DeLeon. I now believe that he was just part of an operation in conjunction with a shop in Scaremento, CA, which also may not exist. I ordered and paid for an item which was then turned over to their courier who said I needed to pay for insurance for the package to be shipped which was just the beginning of a huge scam. I never received any package and that probably didn't really exist either All said and done, I was scammed out of about $3000 by the courier plus another $200 for the price of the item. The theoretical shop was called "Cloud 9 Solutions" out of LA, CA which I believe only exists in cyber****e.Also #cloud9solution1.
