Maggie Called me to tell me that they were going to help me with a virus in my computer and directed me to shut it off and they would walk me through fixing it. I told them they would have to call me back and googled the number and found out it was a scam

Jon Person with indian accent, claims to be Microsoft, says your computer may be compromised. Asks you to do a series of commands to give them access. Total scam.
