The text message said "Hi there, it's Steve, I'm in the market and looking for a realtor, can you help?" I typed "stop" and I received a message saying I've successfully been unsubscribed.

I received a text quoting mortgage interest rates to try to win my business. Area code is in MI and I am located in AZ. The texter did not follow mortgage law compliance to state their NMLS# or company NMLS# and did not provide me any basis for the rates of which was quoted. Fake news or out of compliance loan officer. Shady either way. Don't fall victim.

Says he's Steve and looking for a Realtor

Said he is a real estate investor. Only gave his name as "Steve" and then hung up on us when we asked for additional information.
