About talking with officer I don’t understand what he said

I received an odd text from this number with a message containing an SMS passcode. The passcode must have been requested several times because I received multiple texts with new passcodes. I replied stop like I would on any other spam message and received this reply “ Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to c****e this message.Reply HELP for help.Reply STOP to unsubscribe.Msg&Data rates may apply.” I replied STOP and HELP several times and just kept getting the same response. It seems maybe someone is trying to hack into my SMS texts possibly? I’m doing research now and will update.
