My car was involved in a hit-and-run. Somebody hit my car while it was parked at a truck stop in a parking ****e. This phone number was left with the st.joe police department claiming to be responsible for hitting my car. I called this number, left a message and received a text message back saying they had my information and would be contacting me soon. Now I am being ignored. Why would somebody leave their phone number and then not do the right thing?
