I know who this person claims to be. I PAID FOR A SEARCH. I WAS TOLDIT WAS A LANDLINE IN STLOUIS. I told the lady and she checked and verified that it was a cell # but could not disclose the owner. so****ing secret here. not sure if scammer or undercover. His car licensplate # doesnt exist either.
