I apologize for the previous post. It is actually from the Mercy ( formerly St. Johns) business office. I had called them and they were returning my call. They are legitimate medical providers but they did not use the number I have on my cell phone. You need to update your records - this is not Southwestern Bell. .

They called last week and left a voice mail claiming I called them. It was difficult to understand the company name from the person who left the message. I never called them and I don't use landline phones.
