said they needed to speak to -my name- when I asked who they were they asked if they could speak with me. So I kept repeating my questions of who they were and what they wanted. Said he needed to speak with -my name- regarding judicial paperwork and then asked "so, can I speak with him?" I just said "No" and hung up. He called back 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Karen This person keeps calling. I don’t answer because I’m not home or I just don’t answer as a precaution. She says case pending against in office and to call ASAP or I’m forgoing my rights or something like that. I don’t owe anyone money except maybe $150 to the hospital which I’ve been paying on and I don’t think hospital would take me court for $150 when I’ve been paying it down.

Got a call from Jennifer Givens at MRC services saying I have to called them immediately about a pending litigation they have in with my name on it in their office. Google search shows MRC services is actually a heating and cooling company, so they are using a spoofed number. This is a scam 100%.
