This is a Cigna "Your Health Plan" number. Part of some of their insurance options is a periodic, proactive, health review with a registered nurse. When they call, the have to validate your iden***y before the nurses and the screeners are allowed to access your file. I've had problems with their autodialer in the past - it only seems to work about half the time. You should be able to opt-out by asking them to stop calling.

Don't even bother picking up the phone.

I strongly believe they are part of an iden***y theft ring. Be careful and don't give them personal info.

Called and asked for my personal info. She tried very hard to get as much personal info from me as she could but I wouldn't budge. (sounded like a ghetto black lady). Possible scam

This number calls my phone and never leaves a message. I screen every number if I don't reconize it.

Thsi number shows up on my phone and ****s up when a women answer ..if they are looking for anthony adkins he doesn't live here.  don't call here anymore.

They called a***n.  Let  ma****e get it, in which they ***g up.  I recognized the phone number due to numerous calls.  This time it was listed as an "Unknown Number".

They tried calling a***n today.

Same annoying callers.  DO NOT answer!

I got this call before 9 this morning.  I never answered the phone.  The caller ID showed "Yourhealthplan".  I've already got insurance thank you.

I got calls from the number but found it was from YourHealthPlan.  A few years ago I was sear****g for health insurance and somewhere gave my name/and or/phone number so they called to offer me a plan if I had still not bought any.  It is basically follow-up calls.  Kinda nice in a way, but I simply said I am no longer interested and they have stopped calling.  The young man was pleasant to me, as was I to him.

They called a lot - so I finally answered. It was Cigna calling to make sure I was OK and to see if there was anything they could do to****ist me - it was after an ER visit. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were trying to be.

They have gotten your info from your work health plans and are pretending to be with them. They are trying to sell you more insurance. Be ware.

Keeps calling at night and early morning. I answer the phone and no one is there. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Finally, I called them back and got a recording with different options to choose from about why I'm calling but would never give me an operator, even though none of the options fit. It's very irritating.

This number calls my phone at least once a day, although I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  Any time, day or night. I never answer, but if this is actually CIGNA, and they have the legal right to harass me simply because I currently carry CIGNA health insurance, then I fully intend to DROP CIGNA at the end of the year and switch to AETNA.  Enough is enough.

I just want Cigna to STOP calling me! I don't want to talk to their nurse!

I received a call from these people asking to update my health history.  They were very short on the phone, but said a nurse from Cigna would call back to update my information.  Haven't heard from them yet.  I did a google search on the number and it gave me:Yourhealthplan77 Westport PlzSaint Louis, MO 63146-3107 Local: 314-819-1850

I believe this is Cigna's Well Aware program.  Howerver, they keep calling and ****ing up on me.  They are supposed to be providing preventative health information.

Calls every single day of the week. There is never a message left when I ignore the call. I'm on a do not call list.... why do they keep calling!!

This is an Insurance group (Cigna) calling to ask you questions about your health care and they will not stop calling. If you have a healthcare plan at work (including insurance) you may have signed up for this without being aware of it.

Same, calls same time everyday, no message just **** ups.

I keep getting calls from this number. The one and only time I did answer they ***g up. I do have Cigna insurance through work. I called Cigna themselves and asked if this was one of their call center numbers. The lady said that she did  not see any centers for Cigna in the Missouri area. The number was not one that even showed up on her list of numbers for the company. She is reporting it to her supervisor so they can research this issue. I suggest you all look up Cigna insurance online and call the customer service number. Tell the automated system you have questions when prompted. You will then be able to speak to a representative of the company. The more people who report it the better. Hopefully the calls will stop. I have received calls from the company and it does come up as Cigna when they are actually doing the calling.

I know this company. It is a business called Healthways (HWAY on the stock exc****e) that does health education programs for CIGNA and other insurance companies. They are legit. Their dialer is somewhat outdated and does not always hook up to the answering ma****e well, very irritating. Mostly they do calls for CIGNA but also for CareAllies (a division of CIGNA). To make calls stop, contact the number provided by CIGNA for WellAware (see CIGNA's website) or by your employer for CareAllies. They will explain nicely why they are calling and remove you from calls if you ask, no difficulties, very polite, they are who they say they are.

received call from same number two days in a row.Found this search site looking to it up to make sure it wasnt my healthplan calling.I didnt answer and I turned my ma****e off but they let it ring about 12 times(persistent)

Keep getting a call from 314-819-1850.  It comes up as YourHealthPlan.  Have read it is an iden***y theft ring - not sure if it is true, but now a days you never know.  We do not answer because they have no reason to call.  If it was an important call from our actual insurance company, they would leave a message on our ma****e, but they always **** up when the ma****e comes on.  Have s****ed once we subscribed to DishNetwork.  Not sure if that means anything, but wish the calls would stop.
