Charter is constantly calling trying to get a service upgrade. They need to learn to take no for an answer. If you ever get Charter, don't give them your real phone number, they will call you FOREVER!

DOESNT LEAVE A MESSAGE NOR DO THEY SPEAK WHEN YOU ANSWER THEIR CALLS

3rd party telemarketer for Charter that does not take NO for an answer regardless of how many times you tell them you are not interested and to remove from call list.
