Leave a CommentThe call is from Barnes Smith and****ociates and they are a collection agency.....They call me constantly! I have told them several times that I am under the protection of the US Bankuptcy Court and they just don't get it! So now thay can call my attorney!
I filed a BK in Septmeber 09 and these idiots are calling me about a collection? Guess they don't know the law huh?
