Compromised number in Texas legal action would take place if I did not return call today

Said a huge charge would be on my Amazon account (of course, not a purchase I made)

I had a charge of $349.99 and they were confirming I made the purchase. If they didn’t hear from me they would fulfill my order. Call was from Auburn NY. Never ordered anything for that amount. I received the same scam call yes****ay but it came from another number - 319-481-3030 from Anamosa, IA.

Claims got 9,000 grant from us treasury.
