colby This gentleman didnt have any real personal information about me and I figured it was a scam. When I got home I google the number and found other people had been scammed by this guy.

These people continue to call my work place, harassing other employees, giving out information that no legitimate business in the country would do.  I am going to hire an attorney to go after these people ... Allyssa I received a call from 315-294-9478 today and they had all my personal information and said that I did not repay a payday loan with Ten State Bank which is incorrect. I asked for information in writing and all she did screem at me  and said I can explain that tomorrow at the Courthouse

Not a scam? Your spelling and grammer indicate that english is not your first language.  Also, you fail to provide any contact information for the business that anyone else can use to verify it is in fact a legitimate business (legal business name, website, address, state license number, local telephone number).  I believe that you are one of the scammers.

Almost terminated Wow, they also knew my moms name, my social, DL, and which banked I used. Even though I haven't banked with that company in yrs it's still scary. They said I had to pay 5K or I would be arrested, along with my employer at 11am the following day for 3 counts of fraud. They left a message on my Supervisors voicemail which nearly got me fired until I googled their number and this page came up. Thank goodness for all the complaints because my employer actually thought I had committed some sort of check fraud. They've called me 5 times today and I need to know how to stop them! This is crazy. Someone else may not know to google their phone number and could lose their job like I almost did today.

Lori I have goten several phone calls from this number and one prior to it. Unfortunately I got scared on the first one and gave them the money they were asking. I soon found out it was a scam and quickly filed a fraud report on them. They are very pressing and demanding and it is really sad that they are doing this. If anyone else has a way of stopping them, please do so. I called the number and got a ***D SMITH and a JAMES SMITH. Funny-such american names for such foreign people. Good Luck everyone...this has been very stressful on me and my family.
