They were telling me that I was granted with 9,000 dollars.

They said I could get a grant for $9000 that I don't have to pay back and call 315-316-2752.

I was randomly selected to receive a gov't grant of $9000. They gave me an activation ID and phone number to call. Once I called that number, they said that I needed to make an initial payment of $200 to register the $9000.

If I pay $200 to the Federal Reserve Bank I would get a $9000 government grant that I would not have to pay back.
