I believe this to be a scammer. Said he was David William from PCH and I had won a new truck and a bunch of money. But I needed to go buy a $499 Gift card at CVS to give a delivery person who was going to need my ID, etc.

Rich Calls on a recorded line. Don't trust them. Ask if you can hear them, say no and the call is ended. Be aware of people calling from a recorded line. They can and will your yes response to sign up for so****ing you don't want or need.
