Someone is calling me from this number threatening me if I do not call them back it will fall on me.  They do not identify what company they are calling from or what it is about.  I too have taken a pay day loan but both companies are getting paid and there are no problems to the best of my knowledge.  The caller ID comes up unknown on both my home, my work and my cell.  I do not know who these people are.  They do not identify themselves or the reason they are calling.  They have a very heavy accent that I can not identify.

Yes I have been receiving these calls in spurts for about a year now! They call me and tell me that I owe money for some loan and that I have been summons to appear in court the next day. No paper work can ever be produced when asked. They even go as far to tell me that the police will be at my door when I get home if I don't pay this money. I told them to come on then. I am tired of these people calling me! Yes they all speak with an indian accent, she couldn't even*****ounce certain words due to her reading from a script. I usually throw them off by saying so****ing out of the way to make them nervous just to have a little fun!

Yes, I agree calls are scripted. Word for word what I have been reading from others is what was said

This # has been harrassing me. I have told them that if they lived in the US they would know it was illegal to harrass people at work. I said I have notified BBB and told them to call my attny. The next call I was making would be to the police. They ***g up

I also got a call from this number. It was from a group with Indian accents but they were trying to get money from me. They had info about a loan I had recently taken, and claimed I was behind in payments. They said if I did not give them $300 now I would end up having to pay $1500.00. She claimed to be an attorney but when I demanded her name and the name of her firm she ***g up on me.

I just received a call at work from this number, and it came thru as an  International number on my work phone.  A "Maria Jones" left me a message to call this number. then they called my work number and it was "Kathy"  both with heavy Indian Accents...I did get a call about a month ago as well, and it was Men. but don't recall the names.  I have taken a payday loan but not from what company they are claiming. Advance Payday Plus.

I also received a phone message at home on Tues., 1/3/11 at 2:14 P.M.  She said her name was Kira Anderson and this was a time sensetive matter.  I was to give her a call or my retained attorney was to do so, or she would be sending investigators to my home to take me to the police station.  I've been getting calls like this for abou a year and a half now, and all of them are scams.  PLEASE do not even give them the satisfaction of giving them a call back.  They are all with Indian accents and they all read from the same scripted message.
