Clark John Williams this guy says he works for fèderal government and telling me i will get paid a large amount of money from a program called pbj and wants me to pay him $200 to fill out a form to recieve my winnings. he is on facebook saying this . also there other people like this telling people this stuff and supposly people are getting paid after they send money to these people. i trying to find out if it a scam or not . i wanna know if he a scammer
