Duke This one might be new spam. I received a call from this number and my phone does display Constantia NY. Very familiar sounding Man from India or ****stan who can hardly speak English trys to tell me I have been approved for a loan, and wants me to call this number back to talk to his "Loan Officer" He can't answer any other questions. He just wants me to call back. I never applied for a loan with anybody in New York. I have heard this scam before. . .
