these crazy guy s****ing calling my job left 1 message for me when I, got back to base so I,called him back he said I took a loan for 350 dollars and with interest I,now owe 850 dollars .He told me I, have to pay this or they would file crimal charges a***nst me and I, would go to jail. All I, could think about is everything I, work for gone down the drain if I,go to jail....so I, ANDREW BELL with an accent that I, couldn't understand except jail which he made clear. He told me that I, would have to pay 500 up front and send the remaining when I, got paid he also told me to go walmart and purchase a money card so they could take he payment. So I, was off 3days and when I, came back to work I had 2 more messages ANDREW BELL AND ERIC JOHNSON had step into the picture so I'm getting these calls while out on the road and my BOSS wanted me to call him so I, pulled over and called and what does he tell me that ANDREW BELL and that he told 1 of the reservations dept that if I, did not call him he ws going to send the police to arrest me (well goodluck cat****g me I'm out on the road all day )so I then talk to ROGER a new one of with a accent I, told him he needs to stop  having his tailgatters calling my f....k job  and I, told him I'm going to have my cop friend check them out he ***g up .So I, calle back and your rude so he agreement if I, pay 409 it will be closed. He faxed some paperwork stating and the telefax # is 646-786-4435

They claim that they have an affidavit showing I owe Advance America money.I have NO loans out with this company, and I requested them to mail and/or fax me paperwork, but they just **** up on me.

I HAVE BEEN CALLED FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS (AT WORK!!) FROM EITHER A BLOCKED NUMBER & 315 770-0407, THIS GUY WHO SAID HIS NAME WAS TOMMY WITH ACS AND THEN THIS WEEK HIS NAME WAS C****ED TO JERRY JONES (WHICH I THOUGHT "OK YOU CAN'T EVEN SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH BUT YOUR NAME IS JERRY JONES?") HE TOLD ME IT WAS VERY SERIOUS, THAT I NEVER PAID MY ONLINE LOAN BACK...BLAH..BLAH..BLAH. I JUST TELL HIM TO PUT SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH ON THE PHONE AND HE THEN TRIES TO SCARE ME BY SAYING HE WILL TAKE ME TO COURT... THIS IS SO A SCAM AND I JUST HOPE PEOPLE ARE SMART ENOUGH TO DO SOME INVESTIGATION BEFORE THEY PULL THEIR WALLETS OUT!

i recieved various phone calls from these people..they are a SCAM!!!!!!they will tell you the information they have on you and will try to scare you by telling you ..you are being sued.i told them i was goin to have my attorney contact them and right away their tone c****ed!!

This individual called me and told me that he was going to have my husband arrested for defaulting on a payday loan he never received.  He threatened me and threatened my husband.  I have made a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and suggest that you contact the Attorney General in your state as well.  I personally am looking in to what if any legal action can be taken a***nst them.

I have received two calls from a "Steve Johnson". Sounded like a foreiner to me too. If he calls back I will use the call my lawyer on him.  Glad I looked the number on Google & found this site. I have what's known as privacy director that shows on my caller ID when someone has their CID blocked.

I have also received the call..My question is how did they get my information as well as my friends?

This is the second day this company has called me at work, saying they were calling from a law firm, saying that they were calling on behalf of cashnet and they were taking me to court tmw morning at 11 to sue me, i ask them what was their law firm name and they wouldnt say, then proceeds to ask me what was my soc sec number, i told them i wasnt giving them that or any information, and ***g up, so i called cashnet and they said they have been receiving calls about this co, they are looking into it, and said to tell them that you were going to sue them for iden***y theft, i called the number they call me from 315 770-0405 Mr Haddie Brown National Affidavit Processing Services and i told them that I was filing charges a***nst them, and that this call was being recorded and that i will be pressing charges, i also told them that they were busted.

***...these people are driving me nutts! The guy that left me a message name was Andrew . Well he threaten me saying that my licence were goiong to be suspended and that they ere comming to my job they had my hole ss# and routing and checking account. I had to call my bank to close it! I had asked for a # to call the company that are suing me and when i call it guess what ????Its Andrew a***n i mean come on!!! i cursed him out  so bad and the "sup" got on the phone told me to f#$% my brother and mother!! This can not be a leggit company!

i have been called by the same 2 men twice  now telling me i owe them money and i better give them some or they would see me in court. the first time they had called before and i had told them to go away or i would call my general attorney. the second time they called i told them i recogzized the number they called from and he claimed to have never called me before. they calledmy mom and my aunt said i know you are a part of this. i am sick of being harrassed and i have called the general attorney regarding this issue

To let you all know i did a reverse search on those phone numbers 496-656-7520 is no loger a number 770-0407 and 770-0405 both are out of syracuse ny but umpublishd but the map showed that they were in the same area. did that with white pages i am so happy i got on here and looked and seen it was a scam now i can tell them i know and i hope they will stop calling me.

First i got a mes. on my ma****e from a john could hardly understand him he said i am calling from the national affidative processing services and if i didnt call them back well he didnt know what would happen to me but so****ing would. he called about 4 times that day i answered and i told him i didnt like that he he said somthing was going to happen to me he didnt respond he sent me to a nathan brown and said it was for a company cash net and the loan was 1200 but will settel for 671.00 plus lawyer fees so 831.00 that i was doing fraud and my soscial and license number was being investigated for a law suit pressed on my name. phone number was (315) 770-0405

What a coincidence I just received a call from a Eric Johnson and what did he tell me? That I took out a loan from a cash advance place and didn't pay it back....hmmm..luckly for me I have friends that know better and looked up this site...what did they find? A group of people that have been called by the same people!!!! Yes they are a scam...I have actually taken out pay advance loans and any real company makes u sign a contract. They do not call u with english names and have thick accents, they do NOT harass you...and in this case they do NOT tell you you have to show up in court the next day (Which in this case is SA****AY!) or else u will be arrested. ....don't fall for it! this is a giant SCAM!!!

These people keep calling me at work, telling me I am beig sued.  They use English names but they are definitely not from around here.  They are harrassing me at work even after I told them that I cannot receive personal phone calls.

I received a call from 315-770-0407, he said his name was Eric Johnson, that was so funny, because all they do is c****e their number so you won't reconigize it. And call you over and over a***n with a different number. These people don't have any general information actually about you the least they may have is the last four number of your ss# and maybe numbers of other family members, but inform you friends and family about them it they call. And tell them to speak with your attorney everytime they call. If you have to actually retain one. Have them call. This is a crazy scam, your rights are surely violated especially under the Fair Debt Collections Act.

The caller I talked to said his name was Nathan Brown, if he was born as Nathan Brown, than I was born as Jose Lopez, It was ridiculous the message they left so****ing like this- (with heavy accent) "If you do not call back, you will suffer the consequences",they kept calling my number for someone else, when I called back they were pretending to have a business,(but when they just answered the phone*****o, and then yelled loudly for Uudefheuksheu, when I asked for Nathan Brown, I knew it couldn't be legit.) when I told them they were calling the wrong person, they just ***g on me. Weird!!!! I hope no one gets caught up in this scam what ever it may be. I have made a complaint with my state Attorney General, I suggest everyone do the same.

I have received similar phone calls from different phone numbers, but the same law firm  or company or whatever it is and it even sounded like the same person.  Someone with a middle easter accent says that I took out a payday loan and did not pay it back.  The calls were getting threatening and harrassing, so I retained an attorney.  Next time they called, I simply told them they need to speak to my attorney and their tone c****ed.  I haven't heard from them since.  I think it is a scam.  Scaring thing is that they have all this personal info.

I have received a call yes****ay from this company and a man name Sunny Williams claim That I owe Money to a check cashing comapny told me to send money to them and not to the company but send it to them they had all my infomation the company name they called there self is  National Affidavit Processing Services and claim to be a law firm and the company were trying to sue me.

They called me too. They said their names were Nathan Brown. They had my social. They also called from another number 496-656-7520.

I keep receiving phone calls from Paul ***t. I could barely understand him because he has a thick foreign accent. I did not answer the phone (because it either comes up as restriced or unavailable). But, after checking the message, I did call the company and a man answered "Hello" (which is not protocol for a collection company I'm sure) and I asked him for the name of the company and he told me it was a legal company by the name of National Affidavit Processing Services. I ***g up before I gave him my name. The calls s****ed about 4 days ago and what upsets me as that one of my friends was contacted by the same man earlier today claiming that I had committed fraud and that they need to get ahold of me.

Received a call by two foreign sounding men   One identified themselves as Paul ***t and the other as John Anderson.  Stated that I took some loan out from a company "Cash Net".   Never used them.  I was told that by the gentleman (Marlon) that I had ****ed their "****" and then I was ***g up on.  I called back and they stated that I deserved to be ***g up on and continued to harrass me.
