Nana Indian person claiming to be calling from Microsoft to help fix my computer

they text me and told me that my credit care was deactivated told me to call when i tried i could not it was busy scam or not call came from paetec communications.inc ny

John Doe This is a scam!!!  The "company" if that's what you call it seems to be a "ma & pa" business.  One Woman and one man if that's what he is.  they some how get information from online payday loans and create a story to try and get you to send money.  I just called this number and "rattled their cage".  If you feel victimized and call the number and if a man answers then ask for a woman and if a woman answers, so on.  When the person comes to the phone switch names of the person you were looking for like from Mike to Miguel or Sarah to May.  Don't ever give your real information; tell them john smith or jane doe and that the person called and you have the money to send to them but you need to speak with just that person.  LOL ! ! ! Patrice these crazy guy s****ing calling my job left 1 message for me when I, got back to base so I,called him back he said I took a loan for 350 dollars and with interest I,now owe 850 dollars .He told me I, have to pay this or they would file crimal charges a***nst me and I, would go to jail. All I, could think about is everything I, work for gone down the drain if I,go to jail....so I, ANDREW BELL with an accent that I, couldn't understand except jail which he made clear. He told me that I, would have to pay 500 up front and send the remaining when I, got paid he also told me to go walmart and purchase a money card so they could take he payment. So I, was off 3days and when I, came back to work I had 2 more messages ANDREW BELL AND ERIC JOHNSON had step into the picture so I'm getting these calls while out on the road and my BOSS wanted me to call him so I, pulled over and called and what does he tell me that ANDREW BELL and that he told 1 of the reservations dept that if I, did not call him he ws going to send the police to arrest me (well goodluck cat****g me I'm out on the road all day )so I then talk to ROGER a new one of with a accent I, told him he needs to stop  having his tailgatters calling my f....k job  and I, told him I'm going to have my cop friend check them out he ***g up .So I, calle back and your rude so he agreement if I, pay 409 it will be closed. He faxed some paperwork stating and the telefax # is 646-786-4435
