al called offering loan. scammer named john

I received a call from this number but when I answered it was ringing as if I placed the call and it is registered on my phone as an outgoing call. I don’t know what is happening as this has happened a few times today with different numbers.

A woman in an English accent asked if I would take a quick survey because someone in our house had been diagnosed with cancer. I found this particularly upsetting as my wife was at the doctor's yes****ay.

Barriew window don't  quit.Ive call demanding to remove my name from their list.Still the call keeping coming
