representative reporting to "refund" my tech support contract money from Microsoft. 5 year contract for $299. They had to see my computer. Which I was wary so I created a restore point and restored the computer to just prior to the phone call. Even though they****ured me they would use PayPal, they had to see my account open??? I told them to use my email address and that is how PayPal works. They would not and so I would not. End of conversation.
