I got a message/text from this number. He calls himself Mark Welch His name is

Anonymous NEVER answer this number. They have scammed by 98 mother out of thousands of dollars. They will ask for checks to be mailed or gift cards where they ask for the PIN number and will buy stuff on line. The dude calls himself DAVID.

This number is connected to credit card scammers

He is talking from one month and he is taking 250$ and suddenly he is disapperaed. So I want this person why he is doing all this nuisance..

Unsolicited, constant repeatedly calls from robospam line forged numbers that masks true number. Claims to be IRS, College Debt, School Loan Repayment Plan, ect.

I guarantee you this is not a legitimate number.
