Auto insurance, demanding optional information. Calls repeatedly, despite told not to. Number is blocked, but somehow they work around it.

The first call they said nothing and then ***g up. I called back to see, they introduced themselves as so****ing****ociates which I could barely understand. She then proceeded to make me verify information and I told her no and to tell me what this is about and they said they can’t speak to me.
