They said "This is the healthcare department." When I asked how they got my number they ***g up.

Didn't say anything just ***g up.

Obvious phishing attempt with a link to click where I doubtless would be asked for credit card info

Health insurance that keeps harassing 3 to 4 times a day, I block them and they keep calling from a different number

I received a recorded call on my cell phone explaining that my ATM or credit card had been suspended by the credit union -- when the recording named the credit union, it conveniently skipped so I couldn't quite understand the name of the credit union.  The call directed me to the "security" department, which asked for my 16 digit number.  When I didn't give the information, the recording kept asking for the number, so I ***g up.
