Legal something about a legal notification in my name but never talked to anyone just a computer voice telling me to press 1 or stay on the line after within the line just went dead when I tried to call back it said my number wasn't recognized.

An unsolicited call that went to voicemail. Caller used a clone number for Caller ID. The following is an excerpt of the voice mail message. To buy another house within the next couple of weeks. I pay cash and close whenever you would like you won't have to worry about … realtor fees or commissions…if you are interested in receiving a cash offer please call me back at 317-279-6705

Wants to buy your house but doesn’t even know who you are or where you live

Unsolicited phone call claiming a desire to purchase "another home in my neighborhood" with cash, no inspection, no realtor fees. No name of my neighborhood. Person calling claimed to have my same first name. Caller ID came in for different number (317-732-0969) than the call-back number in the voicemail (this one). Call went directly to voicemail not allowing me to answer.

Michael Voicemail said that they were reaching out in regards to a legal matter. Called for my father whose name is not attached my number at all.

Aaron Asked for my wife, but they couldn't even pronounce her name correctly. I asked them to provide me with a Fed ID number so I could verify their business. They wouldn't provide. They asked for the last 4 of my wife's SSN as well. At the end, they told me to get a good lawyer. I proceeded to tell them that I was a lawyer. They hung up immediately.

AJ Called my mother's home and my cell with threatening accusations of being sued. Even called back when I hung up, stating I better have a good attorney. Argued with me because I would not confirm last 4 digits of my social security number, stating they had entire number. I asked them to provide me with last 4 numbers and I would confirm if correct. Both the male and female I spoke with were rude.

J. E They called from this local # & left a vm to call (877) 247-0091. Stated they were a collection company and they were going to sue me if I didn't return their call to resolve. Called family looking for me also. I don't owe anyone anything and this is an invasion of privacy. These scams need stopped, they did this a few months ago and now another round of scamming calls. Ridiculous!!!
