W***ver these guys are, they are using "jump numbers" to make it look like they're calling from within the U.S., but they are actually located overseas, so they are outside the FCC's jurisdiction. Most often, Caller ID says the caller is "V90419463300089", but sometimes says Nextel because they own the number. It is *not* Nextel calling you. If you answer the phone, either they will **** up immediately (maybe they're phishing for valid phone numbers to sell to other scammers / telemarketers) or you'll get a recorded pitch for a topical skin creme. (The same number has been used for other medical-related pitches in the past, such as free catheters.) Simple solution: Just let the phone ring and don't pick it up.

Ronin 317-401-8362 is an illegal robocall. When you first answer the call, you think it's a real person on the line. It's not. It's a ma****e, similar to Siri and Cleverbot. The spiel goes - Hi this is Rachel. How are you today? Is this the business owner? Can we please speak to the business owner? - and so on. If you want to have fun with it, ask it ridiculous questions like - Are you human? Are you a ma****e? Do you have a soul? What color underwear am I wearing right now? What color underwear are you wearing right now? and watch how fast they **** up on you. It's basically someone sitting a computer typing in responses to your responses. Nothing more than a scam trying to sell you so****ing. Reporting the call to the FTC.gov website.
