The number shows up as a voice mail, but there is no message. Tells me to call voice mail. ???? My voice mail is empty. ???? It seems like they are trying to have you call the number to get voice mail. I've never had to do that.

claimed that there was a charge of over $1,400 to my account for a laptop and the number I should press to talk to a customer service rep if I didn't make this purchase
