Anonymous I received two calls (within a week from one another) from this phone number, both with what sounded like Eastern European/Russian accents, asking if I wanted to sell my home. The first was a man and the second was a woman. I think I have received phone calls from this number before.

the message said "we need to talk."

"Sean", claiming to be from Baltimore Gas and Electric, threatened to shut off my power for non-payment, when my power bill was fully paid.

Asking for personal information

Just want to know who’s number it is I was contacted and said very mean words
