Threatening text messages

This number text a female friend and called her by name and asked to be her sugar daddy and asked for pictures. She told him to leave her alone and he continued. I text him and he offered to pay me 500 to convince her to go to dinner with him and 750 for her. Absolute stalker creep.

I received 24 calls in one day from this ****. I have called Washington, DC and filed a complaint but they keep calling. I have it blocked so it only rings once but so annoying. Why can’t so****ing be done to stop this nonsense. Land line is about to be history! FED UP
