No one on the other end

When I pick up the phone there's no one there it's just blank airspace and when I tell them after they've called me repeatedly not to call me anymore and put me on the Do Not Call List they do not stop they keep calling

Called and left no message.

I have received over 50 calls from various numbers that have the same area code and prefix.

The call was received by my answering machine. No message left--only a hang-up. When I called the number I only got a noisy beeping similar to a "busy signal."
