Caller doesn't speak. Eventually ****s up. When I call back goes straight to voicemail with no identifying name.

No caller ID & left no VM

I am pretty sure this is a scammer. ! year ago he approached me with the name of Jack C Penny. was supposed to be in the secret service. And an officer at that. Well after 6 months of communication, he asked me for money to ship so****ing home to the states. I did not, but I did report him. He did have a different number at that time. And I just got this email from him saying Merry Christmas and would I give him my number he woulds really like to talk to me. I'm not going to, and apparently reporting him doesnt work. So just beware!

Owners not listed. NO email addresses, NO history, NO social media etc., number is a spammer.
