The police said they going to come to my house

I received a call from this number. They had a somewhat raspy voice, like they are a smoker. They said I didn't know them and they couldn't tell me who they were, but proceeded to describe me in partially-correct detail as if they had seen me. Seeing as how no information is being linked to this number, I am su****ious of this number and person's intentions, as well as curious of their actions and how they were able to describe me.
