After I was sure it was just a computer calling the see what time I would answer the phone, I saved the number, named it Don't Answer, and gave it no ring tone. Now I don't here it ring and if I get a call waiting message I can look to see that it is "Don't Answer"

This number keeps calling my wife and I and when we answer no one is there and when we try to call back the line is busy. We would like to know who it is and try to get ahold of them to report them.
