John I have had the same experience with this number.  After I was sure it was just a computer calling the see what time I would answer the phone, I saved the number, named it Don't Answer, and gave it no ring tone.  Now I don't here it ring and if I get a call waiting message I can look to see that it is "Don't Answer"
