who is this and how have they got my number they have 5 times today.

I just received a call from this number and it was about the 4th time today.  I got 4 calls from them yes****ay as well.  I answered this last call and they asked for my husband.  I said he was not home and I have turned their number into the do not call registry and everytime they call from now on I will turn them in and never to call me a***n.  The man on the end said "I apologize maam".  We'll see if it continues.

I just called the number back and you get a recording. They give you the option of being taken off the call list. I'm already on the Do Not Call list... but added my number a***n and left them a message to not call my number.

I finally answered a few minutes ago after receiving the 4th call today.  I received 4 calls yes****ay from them as well. For the past weel I s****ed to receive daily calls from that mystery "Thomas L. Cardell" but I do not answer. It is just annoying. They do not leave any messages.I live in Fairbanks, Alaska so you see, it is everywhere just like a parasite!!I guess we just have to ignore w***ver that is, probably another ****** scam...

Annoying to get calls from someone you don't know. Once or twice okay but on a daily basis???? Stop Calling Me!

319-730-4171, IE Thomas L. Cardel, has been calling my house now for 3 days, up to five times the second day...When I awnser no one is there...They are not getting any information from me!!! I am on the National No Call List, so how are these guys getting away with this?

This is very strange. Caller ID says Thomas L. Cardel and when they call they leave no message. They have called a few times in the last few days. I answered once and he humg up... Next time he calls I am going to answer it and scream!

I live in NY. I Get the caller ID at least once a day. Haven't bothered answering yet, but I think I'll give it a go after reading previous comments. See what happens.

Receive the same call from Thomas L Cardell- called it back -has so****ing to do with ult. Does offer to leave a message to be put on the do not call list. Am going to try and will repost if it works.The call is def. annoyingGood Luck

I have received 3 phone calls from Thomas Cardel in one day. Each time he calls, no one saids anything. I don't know if they want me to call them, but I'm not going too. I advise others who received telephone calls from that number to not call them back.

Received a call from a girl, asked for me by name, when my son told them I wasn't available, they asked for anyone else who was in charge of the utilities, when told no they ***g up.
