The address is 22 14 Street, Atlanta Georgia, 30309, United State (not states) Obviously a fake. Also the license number does not show up as a valid DL number in the Georgia Database. A scammer.

I finally called the # back and a pre recorded message advises you to press 1 to be placed on their no call list.
