This number keeps calling my phone and won't tell who they are calling for. They just say they have an important message from JCC which leads me to believe that they are phishing for information which also leads me to believe that this is a scam! However, they do say that they are a debt collector.

^ mnths ago I spoke with an agent this is so****ing we wanted to pay so we set up a monthly payment arrangement of 250.00 per mnth , they still continue to call and hound us on paying it in full at which time we cannot pay in full but are making every effort in this economy to do so...at least we are making payments towards this and eventually we can be done with it. How many people just avoid a debt and here we are making an attempt and have allowed them to withdraw the 250.00 per mnth , just doesnt seem to be good enough...my question is if they accepted this payment arrangement can they continue to hound us like this?

This number 320-534-4314 is connected to a FAX ma****e.  It calls my personal cell phone a few times/week, intermitantly, and has done this for the past several months.  Sometimes calls are recieved repeatedly ****ng out my phone mail so I cannot receive anymore messages.  It is very annoying, unreasonable, and harassing.
