I just received a call and they said they needed the name of my attorney because I had a criminal fraud complaint signed a***nst me from a company called A Cap. Never even heard of this company. Scared me. Good thing I looked up the phone# on the internet and ***g up on them.

I just got a new phone number yes****ay, never received this call on my old number. they stated: "Hi this is Miss White with the State council...they were unable to locate your legal counsel...if you fail to return the hone call the state will move forward with full action..." I have never even been to Minnesota. I have debts, but they are all in Texas.

I received a call from 320-626-1046, said they were with J&J Law Group, and were filing charges on behalf of Everest LLC in regards to an unpaid payday loan. I have no unpaid payday loans. They stated Everest is an umbrella company over 150 different payday loan companies, and named off a few, Check N Go being one they named. I contacted Check N Go, and they stated they are NOT under this Everest LLC, they are not under any umbrella company, and confirmed that all my past loans have been paid in full. This has got to be a SCAM. The date and amount does not coincide with any loan I have ever taken. I just don't know how to confirm that there are no criminal charges being filed a***nst me.

this phone number has called me and left a threatening message on my phone about get an attorney or I'm going to be processed and charged with fraud that I may have forgotten I asked him to give me the information about a registered letter that they have sent to address that I no longer live at they refuse to do that they were lot complying with me I'm trying to give them my new information they didn't want it they just kept saying that I'm going to be charged with fraud for $324 for some bill that they said I acquired and didn't pay and now the bill is over a thousand dollars they refused to give me any information on who the company was that they claim that I owe and they just not seen the just not a reasonable organization you don't know who you're really talking to you don't know what the name of the company is and I think they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau
