IRS scam call left message on my voicemail

I just received a call and they said they needed the name of my attorney because I had a criminal fraud complaint signed a***nst me from a company called A Cap. Never even heard of this company. Scared me. Good thing I looked up the phone# on the internet and ***g up on them.

Spam!!!

I'm not entirely sure this is SPAM as I didn't answer & they left no message. BUT they list as "Level 3 Communications", which is the same outfit that bugs me all the time in NY wanting you to "Save money on your Electric Bill".
