I have received several calls a month for at least 2 years from Accatel (caller ID).  They claim they are a pharmaseutical company  looking for a person by the name of David.  When I tell them there is no oone by this name they **** up. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, take me off their phone list.  When I call the number back a foreigner answers, does not identify themselves as a pharmacy company.  I have asked to speak with the owner, manager,etc.but conveniently they are never available to take my call.  My recent phone call was 5/15/10.  I called back to verify this numerber and asked if this was a pharmacy company they said yes and offered me sleeping pills and more.   I asked if I need a doctor's prescription and they said no they will take care of getting anything I wanted no questions asked.  I too am sick and tired of getting this obvious scam calls.  I am sure that this call is coming from Florida.  I am a little su****ioius and will be reporting this to the police.

Caller ID said ACCATEL.  When I answered I was asked which credit card I would like to lower the interest rate on.  My reply was that you called me.  They then listed all my credit cards.  I asked how they got my info and why they were calling.  They then ***g up on me.

The caller says he is from my "Visa and Mastercard Company" and wants to lower my rates. That didn't work too well for him when I told him I have no Mastercard. I asked him "how's that hope and c****e working out for ya" and he ***g up. Obviously not a Limbaugh fan....

Someone at this number called my house this morning.  I have no idea who this number belongs to and we DON'T LIKE being annoyed and disturbed by phone calls from people we don't even know!  Stop this!!!!!

Whether or not you're on the 'do not call list' does not matter, you should never answer these calls that come in as 'unknown' and that prompt you to press a number to continue.... These calls are best left IGNORED.... especially on Sundays!!! What are they thinking??

Just received a call.  I ***g up.  This number showed up on my caller ID so i called it back.  it said number not in service.  I wanted to ask is it Sunday where you are.  It certainly is Sunday in my town.

Message stating I qualified for a lower rate. Didn't say what account just to press 1 to speak with a representative. I did and when the representative answered, he s****s telling me because of my excellent rating with Experian I qualified for their best rate. I responded by telling him I was on the do not call list when I was promptly interrupted and told good day followed by a click. Sales people. you gotta dislike them.

call was labled PRIVATE NAME no message.

I keep getting calls from this number just like all the others...it there not so****ing that can be done about these people??????  Can the government not step in ......can the State of Florida not doing anything????  I too, am on the DNL.

The number 321-251-1862 on called ID was Accatel. Wants to lower your credit card. Someone like this calls all the time, what I joke. I **** them around till they give up and **** up. It kinda goes like this, I ask have i wasted your time like you are wasting mine??? I only do this after a few minuets go by.

Wanted to "lower my intrest rates". SCAM

kept getting the calls from this number -finally answered and the same thing. I did press 9 and an Indian man was on the other end. He told me that I could lower my interest rates on my CC - and then proceeded to list the names of the cards I had. That is very scary to me. When I told him I have already contacted all my CC and was at the lowest rate they could give me, he kept insisting he could do better. He kept saying let me ask you a question - I tried to be polite until I got fed up and then told him to take me off the list and never call me a***n and then ***g up. I'm still a little upset about him knowing what cards I have and having my home phone #. On my caller ID the number came up and I called it and it is afax ma****e, but the company name Accatel showed up.

Received this call this morning, telling me to lower my credit card interest rate now.  To speak to the representative I was told to press 9.  I ***g up.  Interestingly, they just said 'credit card' not a specific one...why?

i just got a call from this number, showed up on my caller ID as BLOCKED NAME..the automated message related they were calling because my credit card interest rate was about to be increased & to press 9 to speak to a representative to keep my low rate..I did press 9 & the call was disconnected.  I tried to call the number & I got a FAX ma****e.I too am on the Do Not Call List, I wanted to politely tell them that!

It's that outfit that wants to lower your credit card interest rate.  If you ask them any questions they immediately **** up on you.

I received a call from them just a few minutes ago. They left no message, and all my caller ID had as the name calling was a bunch of numbers--V06221411390055.I can't say I've EVER heard of such a thing before, having neverending numbers listed as the "person" calling. It took up the whole screen!I'm about to report them, as I am on the DNC list, and on top of no message, there was no way to see WHO was actually calling.

Same problem, showed up here as "private number" !  Knew better than to answer.  Do these pests ***n anything at all by doing this?

Just got one here.  Said "Blocked name."  No message left.I am going to buy a loud whistle for these boofheads....

Nuisance call, they **** up without leaving a message.

All I can tell you is it is a Central Florida area code.
