They are calling my dad and pretending to get money from him.

THIS IS A SCAM THE SAME FOREIGN MAN CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER AS TO THE LOAN IN QUESTION. HE SAID A LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED AND THE REASON HE WAS DOING THIS WAS TO PROVE A POINT AND THAT THE PHONE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED STRAIGHT TO THE COURTHOUSE. I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY AND IT IS A***NST THE LAW TO ARREST ANYONE FOR OWING A PAYDAY LOAN THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN BE ARRESTED IS IF THE JUDGE ORDERED YOU TO REPAY THE MONEY THIS IS A SCAM AND THESE GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!

This man has been calling my job,my cell phone;talking about i owe for a loan,so when i saked him for the bank that is pressing charges he said he could not give out that information.One of the numbers he is calling from is from Florida and the other one is A 661 AREA CODE,i'm trying to get intouch with the BBB to try and put a stop to all of this

This Indian (from India) sounding man calls claiming to be a lawyer named "FRANK JACOB." He calls repeatedly -- one minute claiming to be a "legal officer" and the next claiming to be an FBI Agent. He usually gives a case number as "AA1140205" and claims that we owe money in a lawsuit.His number is 321-251-1921 from Orlando Florida.I pressed him for information such as his ID info to check with the FBI and he c****es his story.

they have been calling me the last few days..ive never taken a payday loan or whatever and their claiming someone else did and used my name as a ref. and that im liable. this is an obvious scam as like i said ive never taken any money loan not even from a bank..these ppl are lost and confused

They have called me several times yes****ay and then this morning with the same message but the phone call today sounded like the Indian man was on a cellphone.  This happened about a month ago with the same man but different name and phone number threatening to have the police come to my office and place of employment and arrest me if I didn't pay $2500.00 including court fees.  I contacted the BBB and the group that they were saying they were with and the company had no listing of me or that I had ever taken out a payday loan.  This is a scam, do not pay them.  They used the phone number of 321-251-1921 for call back but the number shown on my phone is 052797833.

This guys knows all my info from my ss# to my bank account # and everything and says that I'm being sued for a payday loan I never got. He's trying to get money out of me. Where do I report this creep? He even left a voicemail. He said he name was Peter.

I have been receiving calls with directions to call "the second I receive this call" two different numbers.  The numbers are: 321-251-1921 & 813-319-2654.  They are from the same person, Steve, and he goes on to say that if I or my "retained attorney" don't get in touch with him immediatly, he can "only wish me good luck as this thing unfolds".  About 3 months ago, I received the same type of calls from someone with California area codes, a***n several numbers.  The man that time also had an Indian accent and threatened me with "sending officers and policemen to my place of work".  I blocked those numbers and intend to block these too.  The problem is, they are calling my friends and my employer.  WHAT TO DO?

Yep they have all your info from somewhere...question is though, has anyone ever inquired about a payday loan online? Not necessarily gotten one, but just put in your info? Also, lets all put the names of the "attorney" they claim they work with...once I called and they said David Grey...

I just received the same phone call and I spoke with someone named Alex he cussed at me and said that I had a lawsuit for a payday loan online. He also said that He would send someone to my house tomorrow at 10 am in the morning. Who are these people. He claimed his attorney was David Grey...

I also received a call today from an Indian man named Peter advising me that if he does not hear from my attorney that good luck.  This happened about a month ago and sounds like the same guy just different phone number threatening to have people come to my place of employment or home and take me to jail for an outstanding payday loan.  I was scared at first but then read online with that phone number and learned that it was fraudelent information b/c there would not be 10-12 people that owe the exact amount to the same payday loan company and get calls all within 2-3 days.

The people who been calling me have an actcent they have been calling non stop dont let them scare you with all their information they get it from the internent because it free they sound professional but its a scam they want you to send them money dont you never hear from them a***n just dont answer anymore they will stop if anybody never paid back a loan the company will always get in contact with you and if you never got a loan dont worry its all a scam your personal information becomes public once you fill out anything online

Got the same calls. They claim to be some sort of online payday loan place and are trying to collect monies owed. They have even called family members with legal threats. Problem is, I have never gotten such a loan but they have all sorts of personal info. Would like to find out who it is and shut them down.

I am getting the same type of call.  I have called the police and made a report.  This is an obvious scam, they are threatening to have the police come to my home and place of employment.  They are also calling my freinds and family members with their threats.

People have stopped calling me and are now harassing family and friends. Problem is, they are using fraudulent details into scaring them into believing they might have legal action pending.
