This is a typical scammer. If they refuse or cannot give you any information regarding the "loan". Or will not give you an address, then it is probably a scam. They cannot take you to jail for not paying a bill. There is no DEBTORS PRISON. Call their bluff.

HE SAYS HE'S A POLICE OFFICER AND PARALEGAL ALSO SAY'S I OWE MONEY TO SOMEONE BUT WILL NOT GIVE ME THERE INFORMATION OR WILL NOT MAIL ME ANY DO***ENTS TO SET UP PAYMENTS

I also got a call from this number.  They left a message on my voicemail.  I called the number they left back.  I was literlly laughing at them.  They were not smart in leaving a vm.  They told me they were the police and they would be at my place of employement within three days to arrest me.  I asked for the gentlemans badge number and he screamed and yelled at me.  I advised I have him on my voicemail impersonating a police officer and I am sure that is illegal.  The gentleman continued to yell at me and told me to never call there a***n.  I do not know how they think what they are doing is legal.

A man calling himself Alan Johnson called my work from this number and said he was from the US Crime Suspect Division. My boss played along with him for a while and then told him not to call my work a***n. I do know that it is a debt collector of some sort and they like to make threats which I take in stride because I also know that according to the Fair Debt Collection Act they can not threaten or harass you and despite the fact that they refuse to provide written do***ents to prove their claim, they are required to do so by the Fair Debt Collection Act. The scary part is that they always have your personal information.

Calls everyday and knows my ss# and other personal info. pressing charges!

I GOT THE SAME CALL BY THEM N THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SOME HOW AND TOLD ME THAT TO BE CAREFULL AND WATCH WHAT THEY DO LITTLE DO THEY KNOW THAT THE CALL WAS RECORDED

Got a call from these guys, they asked for me by name, I told them this person doesn't work here and that seem to put them in chaos.
