I have asked them not to call, they still call thorughout the day ,everyday! I will no longer answer, they need to stop calling or I will s**** to take further legal action.

Called and when answering ma****e picked up they ***g up.  I am on the National Do Not Call List and will file complaint.

Received caller ID: "Puronics of Orl", Orl is Orlando, FL. This is the same company which also calls themselves Great Southern or so****ing similar. Chronic telemarketing s***bgs who have been fined repeatedly in the past for violating the federal DNC, but refuse to learn.

I have been receiving numerous calls from 321-397-3980 - every day.  The phone rings, the answering ma****e answers and then w***ver the caller is, ****s up.  I have absolutely no idea who this company is or what they are calling about but will be reporting them.  I want their calls to stop!  I pay for my telephone service, not them, and believe that "spamming", "phising" or whatever else they are doing is illegal.  Reading complaints on the 800notes website, phoneowner.info, callercomplants.com, callferret,com and the whocallsus.com, these peopleappear to be calling from Great Southern Water Treatment (GSWT) or so****ing like that.  I am on the "do not call list"

They get mu FAX ma****e, I take delight in the GSWTthought that the FAX noise may annoy them.

These people have called me several times, but never leave a message.  They call during the day and in the evening as well.

These people are unbelievable.  How can anyone work like this and lay their head down at night and sleep.  Call came in at 4:31pm on 7/20/09 as GSWT 321-397-3980 and she said she was calling for a demographic survey for the Boomer so****ing Foundation.  And just needed 6 questions answered and would send me a $25 gift card to Olive Garden or Outback. I told her that i have done these surveys before and still have not seen a free gift card.  She said "oh that can't be us we just s****ed this particular gift".  What a liar.  she proceeded to ask questions, which i answered to see if this all sounded familiar.  sure enough she asked if we owned a water softner.  Exactly what the last time was, they promised me there were sending a free gift card and there were no strings attached, no water softner demo needed and that NO one else would call me.  i told her this was the same thing, all the same questions and she tried to convince me that she really was only doing a survey.  i reported them to the DNC.  i told her that i was on the do not call list a***n and so we shall see if they call a***n. REPORT THEM everytime they call you.

I got a call from 321-397-3980 and the caller said she was taking a demographic survey for the Boomer Esiason Foundation (they fund cystic fibrosis causes).  When their questions turned to what kind of water we had and whether we bought bottled water, I knew it was another scam from a water treatment service, which of course it was.  I have complained to the government "do not call" registry" and the Better Business Bureau in the past, but these ***zen people keep on.  Unbelievable!

this comment is for "telemarketer" above.  The big deal is that people do not want to be disturbed at home.  If we want our water *****d or if we want a water softener, we will go to a legitimate company.  As far as "charity" calls are concerned, the telemarketing company need pay as little as 8% of collected money to the charity.  In addition, the telemarketing company usually has a "minimum" clause in the contract.  Consequently, the charity may receive nothing if the stipulated minimum amount is not collected.  If we want to make a donation to a charity, we can do so without the "help" of telemarketers. There's more...telemarketing companies have a hard time getting and keeping employees so the people they do hire are often the kind of people to whom you wouldn't want to give personal information.  I suggest that no one give any money to  telemarketed charities so as to send a message to these organizations that we do not wish to support telemarketing companies.  In addition we should all send letters to state and federal representatives demanding that those who put themselves on the DNC be freed from the annoying calls of ALL telemarketers regardless of their contracted clients.

I also receive many called from these deadbeats.  They are trying to sell water filters.  I instructed them not to call and told them I am on the National do not call list.  It does not matter, they continue calling.  I have filed a complaint with the National do not call people.  I am under the impression they will get fined for each violation but I am a skeptic.

because they work in conjunction with a non profit organization it is totally legal for them to call ANYONE! besides what is the big deal? why is everyone complaining? just set the appointment and let them test the water or are you afraid that you will agree with their results? even if you do not want to buy they donate money to cystic fibrosis causes and local school causes, is that so bad???

Don't trust anyone who calls for a demo****hic survey and promises a gift card. Do not trust Puronics of Orlando. They are liars, cheats, and rude. When they guy showed up at my house I asked for my gift card he said he would give me a mail in form. I told him that was bull$*%*. He pickup is bag and walk right out the door. Got in his car and drove away.

I just received a call from this number. After a long silence I got a message: "Please wait for an available agent". I filed a complaint on the federal DNC list, I recommend you do the same. Apparently they are already being fined if the complaints prior to mine are accurate, and were already fined back in 2007.

The number (321-397-3980) is calling for water treatment systems sales that cost a small fortune. They go by several names: Great Southern Water Treatment at 1608 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Longwood, FL 32750 with a local phone number of 407-830-0107; Puronics at 1620 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Longwood, FL 32750 with a toll free number of 888-527-4426; the parent office appears to be located in Jacksonville listed as Great Soutern Water Treatment and Puronics, both of these en***ies have the same address at ***0 Florida Mining Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32257 and their phone number is 904-880-0729. Their BBB accreditation was revoked on 5/30/2008, I can't imagine why. The phone number (321-397-3980) appears to be a remote access service which allows telemarketrs access from a different location so it will mask their true iden***y. If you are listed on the "National Do Not Call List" you should report them by calling 1-888-382-1222 or online at www.donotcall.gov, if possible, be prepared to provide their phone number, date & time of call from your caller ID or answering ma****e record. AS of Sept. 7, 2007 the local evening news reported that this company has received enough complaints that they are being fined $10,000 per confirmed complaint, and that they are receiving several ***dreds of thousands in fines already. Lets try to make it millions of dollars in fines and put these people out of business. I filed my complaint 10 minutes after they called.

Got a call from this number, i did not answer and the voice mail went on but they left no message.  The bad part is that the call came in after 8pm.  do not understant how i m getting this calls because i m in the dnc list. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????

The company calls (GSS) (Great Southern Survey? for Great Southern Water?)and claims to be doing a "demographic study" and offering a Home Depot Gift Card. I spoke with the supervisor and told her I am on the National DNC.  They were already fined by the State of Florida in 2007 for these types of calls. They filed a new d/b/a as GSS Marketing with Florida and are at it a***n. The BBB has a report on Great Southern.

A women called my name , then ***g up on me , i think its GREAT SOUTHERN WATER TREATMENT , when i called back it didnt go threw

I answered and they did a short "marketing survey"....said they would send me a free gas card.  Someone would call me later for info on where to send it.  No one has called.  I think it was for a water softener company..they asked me if we had one.  321 is Brevard, FL or parts of Orlando, FL.

I wanted to know why they were calling and they cursed me out and ***g up on me.

For the past 5 days, I have gotten this number on my called ID.  Never is a messaga left.  How do I stop these calls?

For your information, This is the GREAT SOUTHERN WATER TREATMENT company.  They are selling water filters.  They usually work under the scam of giving so****ing away free for a survey.   STAY AWAY FROM THEM.  They disregard any DO NOT CALL LISTS and they are true telemarketers - ****** and aggressive.  The only way I can get them off the phone is to tell them I already have a water softener.  Then they quickly **** up.

We got a call yest from this # and the GSWT name, and another call today.  No message is left. (nor do we even bother to answer the call.)  Don't recognize this #.

I keep receiving a call from 3213973980 and I am on the do not call list - the caller ID is GSWT.

I received two calls today and one yes****ay from this number (321-397-3980) from a place called GSWT, they ***g up on me and they do not leave a message, I hope the catch these S*** ! Todays date is 3/27/08

This just happened to me as well. The girl ***g up on me before I could ask her to put me on their "Do Not Call" list. I also tried to call back, but I just get a fast busy signal. Very annoying.  I am going to report it to the FCC.

I keep finding this number on my caller ID.  I answered once and got no re sponse.  I answered on another occasion and a female voice responded back with is this miss thompson, and then ***g up.  I called the number back and got a recording message asking me to leave a message.  Who is this great southern, why are they calling.

This number keeps calling and they just **** up. I am VERY annoyed. Tried calling back it will not go through. I have registed my number to stop these annoying calls and I still get them!!!!!Does anyone know how to stop them?????
