Several days ago while shopping at Home Depot I was approached by a small statured women in her late 60's dressed as if she worked at Home Depot. White hair pulled back 5' tall pad in hand asked if she could take a survey about the water I use, etc. Gave my name & cell number now receiving several calls a day which I have not picked up.

Calls several times, leaves no MSG. Today I answered phone. Guy lied and said he was an attorney and made up a story.

Spam. Solicitor.

This person said they were from the "Henderson Group" and were interested in discussing job ops per my resume on Career Builder. When I asked for more information, she would not say anything besides "I will explain that later". I asked for clarification 3 times and she would not give me an answer, finally saying "this doesn't sound like it's a good time to talk", and ***g up on me.

They call twice a day in the afternoon and at night. This morning they called at 5am. The do not leave a message.

I have asked them not to call, they still call thorughout the day ,everyday! I will no longer answer, they need to stop calling or I will s**** to take further legal action.

Winter Park Calls repeatedly...almost every day several times a day and doesn't leave a msg. Won't answer numbers I do not know.

This company has called me three times saying they are calling all the CNA and Nurses in the area that qualified for health insurance offered by the state and keeps trying to send someone out to my home to do the enrollment.

i got call sayin i won 3 thousand dollar holiday,an that to retrieve my package i had to pay 898 before i could get package,they gave me costumer number which was 402uk092908,lucky i didnt have cash on master card.no wonder why there building get ****n up in u.s,cause of rats that scam like these people

This is not a business unless you call harassment a business!!  30 calls in the last 3 weeks!!!Rather than call them back and **** up, I plan to keep them on the phone as long as possible and then allow them to set up an appointment to "test my water" and then just turn the salesperson away at the door telling them to no longer employ JDK Services as a telemarketing firm.  I will schedule an appointment everytime they call (sometimes 3 or 4 times a night from different phone numbers).At the very least they lose money on gas and sales calls!

We are getting 1-2 calls daily and requested they remove our name from their list.  The caller always says that's not his job.  Who are these people, and  how can they be stopped???
