The company name is Borack &****ociates.  They are legit.  I kept getting the same calls and ignored them.  My husband was served with court papers two months later.  They are willing to work with you, but have no problems with going to court.  They are nasty and very aggressive.

This # keeps on calling my cell but does not leave messages & when I call the # back to see what's this in ref. too it's a busy tone all the time. I am on the do not call registry & they still call. Very Annoying!!!!

The phone rings once and disconnects. Its a collection agency that fronts as a group of barristers. No house of practicing attorneys would allow any clerk to berate a client as Borack apparantly committed a***nst the previous writer who was told  go back to his country.  His country is the United States where he is third generation born and raised military family.  I can't imagine the excuse for such behavior.

They contacted me by letter and when i returned their call to ask what this whole business was about the lady that answered was very unprofessional and she told me to go back to my country. I told her..that was uncalled for from her part and that this is my country. Born,raised,and all the men in my family have serve the military to protect this land. Now they call and it only rings once and it disconnects. When i try to return the call, it says "we are unable to complete your call at this time". Is this even a legit legal "Attorney Collection agency"? They seem uneducated and very disrespectful with the public.

I have been dealing with Borack since November 2008. They kept sending mail to an address that was no longer mine and when I called I was threatened with being sued, wage garnishments, and losing property that I do not even own. Since then they have called multiple times and do not leave messages. I think they are ridiculous and should be shut down. They are a rude annoyance.

This number keeps calling my 12 year old who just got her phone at Christmas.Call two-three times a day every few weeks. Phone rings once then ****s-up.I've contacted Lake County D.A. They told me to forward ALL calls not in her Address book to their Child Crimes Unit.

Caller ID is Borack and****oc. and they **** up as soon as I answer.  I am on do not call registry.  How does one stop this incessant calling for no apparent reason?

report this to the police for harrassment  they keep their line busy when I call back they are harrassing me

S****ed receiving calls today from this number.  ***g up left no message.

they keep calling every couple/few weeks they call like 3 or 4 times then they stop.  I know who they are Borack/assc,  message always says possible litigation and I need 2 call back or they may file suite in court.  I sent letter to their parent or****ociate company and still get these calls. The Company they are affiliated with is DRS/bonded a very aggressive and sometimes rude collection agency.

I call understand getting an "800" number w/no message.  But the clicker is I don't have, or even know of any relatives,****ociates or friends in this area code of senseless callers.  Waste of gas money!!!!!!!

Received call today from Borack and****o on caller ID 321-422-5986, no message left.  Have received calls from this number previously.
