Marilyn The company name is Borack &****ociates.  They are legit.  I kept getting the same calls and ignored them.  My husband was served with court papers two months later.  They are willing to work with you, but have no problems with going to court.  They are nasty and very aggressive.

Alan Cousin I recieved a call from the number 321 422 5568 and the gentleman said his name was Anthony trying to get a lower interests rate on my mastercards and visas only. I was curious so i gave him info but only on cards close to limit. he stated i needed at least 1000-1500 dollars available so i told him i didnt have any cards with that though i did and he ***g up.

i recieved a callo from this company on 4/1 and could not believe how rude this company is they ***g up on me... would not give me any information about the acct only said they would not take mess from someone who bells out on a bill... i was really upset i called and talked to four different people and they were all very rude and kept ****ing up on me and still would not tell me anything...... i called back a***n and finally got a manager name tonya howard and she was very nice but i am still gong forward with a complaint. she also said this wax a outsources center and they are about to be closed

I am a receptionist and received an call from this 321 number for someone who does not work here and hasnt for years. The caller was very rude and kept insisting he was coming from FL to arrest him and would sue us.
