READ THIS!!!!! This number called me too and I answered.  I had lots of questions before I was willing to agree to a donation.  I, too, am on a national Do Not Call list.  After some research, I found that they are in fact a Non-Profit Organization and are listed with the Dept of Agriculture.  They are legit.  They raise funds, which you voluntarily donate, to benefit local programs that local police officers parti****te in such as Holiday shopping with an officer for underpriviledged youth, Easter Seals of Central FL, and local youth sports teams.  All you have to do is ask them if they are registered with the State of Florida and look them up.  Do a little research before passing judgement.  Yes, there are lots of scams out there but not every phone call is a scam.  I enjoy donating what I can, when I can.  I appreciate all that the officers do to protect the public that so many others are not willing to also do.  Community outreach programs are too far and few between these days.

DEAN SAME... I HAVE ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST... STILL CALLING....  I HAVE ADVISED THAT I WOULD NEVER DISCUSS THIS TYPE OF THING OVER THE PHONE AND TO PLEASE SEND ME WRITTEN MATERIAL.  THE QUESTION IS, WHY ARE THEY USING PUBLIC (BREVARD COUNTY) PHONES TO RAISE MONEY...  ARE THESE COUNTY EMPLOYEES ON COUNTY TIME DOING THIS...?

JEKronenfeld Got a call from this number.  When I answered, they ***g up.  I tried calling back but they did not answer.  I have in the last couple of days received a number of calls from similar numbers (e.g., 3216313045 and 3216358055) with the same pattern.

Yes****ay I answered a call which said Brevard County and it was a solicitation for the Brevard County Sherriff benevolent society, or so they claimed.

I got a call from this number- Brevard County 635-8065. Called back busy.. called back a***n.. empty air I said*****o and then they a guy asked for Ms. Lambert??? I said no and then they said a guys name I said no and then they ***g up...
