On April 3, 2021, a person named "William" claimed to be a part of the tech support team that handles security on my computer. He was able to get into my computer and access information that allowed him to open up credit card accounts in my name. During this time, my actual tech support team was trying to reach me on the phone to let me know that there was su****ious activity on my computer and that someone was opening up lines of credit in my name. By that time, it was too late. For 3 hours, the actual tech support team has been removing and canceling any credit cards that were opened in my name. As of this moment, I don't know the extent of the damage yet, but I wanted to file a complaint as soon as possible.

Disgusted with unscrupulous "business?" owners. This company calls repeatedly though I never answer - knowing that I have no interest in their calls. The thing that really annoys me is that they call my cell # - thus wasting MY money by using up MY minutes! How to stop this insanity?!?

I answered the call, of course, they wait until you say*****o twice. I then ***g up the phone and tried to callback the number together my number removed, but it right to the recording. I didn't listen to know what he was selling, but he was selling so****ing, the voice on the recording was a loud obnoxious man probably from Texas!

Angie Malausky Very Rude! I told them I would contact my credit card provider, they argued with me. Finally I had to get very rude back. No business owner needs this type of harassment! I can't believe the amount of complaints on line. Why are these people still allowed to operate?

A.J. Claimed to be able to reduce credit card rates by somehow declaring me a non-profit. Sounds sketchy as anything and when I mentioned my su****ion that this is a scam, the dude on the other end got extremely defensive and eventually offensive

pbuck1 Received today , 12dec13, 2.35pm, on my cell phone, (listed on the do not call list, btw). Pressed "1" - a loong recording plays. I listened for awhile as a stream of ppl talk about how great "the program" is (but nothing about WHAT the program is). Also got two from same number yes****ay (!) 11dec., at 2.45pm and 2.47pm. No message left by those two calls.
